Former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, the USC Schwarzenegger Institute and Public Policy Institute of California (PPIC) Water Policy Center to host “The New Reality: Addressing California’s Water Challenge,” an informative forum that will explore how California leaders, agencies and residents are coping with the current drought and planning to meet the challenge of water resources in the future. The forum will also examine the State Water Resource Control Board’s latest conservation mandates and the recent appellate court ruling on tiered pricing.
