Windows Media Player Help
Problem: Excessive Buffering/Stuttering Playback
Solution: Increase Windows Media Player Buffer
  PC Users:
  1)Open Windows Media Player
  2)Click Tools, located on the Media Player toolbar
  3)Select Options from the drop-down menu
  4)Click the Performance tab
  5)Select Buffer and increase time to 30 seconds or higher*
  6)Click Apply
  7)Click OK
  8)You must quit and restart your Media Player for changes to take affect.
  MAC Users:
  1)Open Windows Media Player
  2)Open Preferences
  3)Choose Network Settings
  4)Select Buffer and increase time to 30 seconds or higher*
  5)Click OK
  6)You must quit and restart your Media Player for changes to take affect.

  *Increasing your buffer size may slow down
   the initial loading of media but should assure
   continuous playback.
